Buganda Kingdom, KCCA and Pastor Robert Kayanja Unveil Ambitious Plan to Rehabilitate the Historic Kabaka’s Lake The committee responsible for the restoration of Kabaka’s Lake convened at Bulange, Mengo, to discuss strategies and practical steps needed to ensure the restoration works are carried out successfully and that the lake is returned to its former glory. The meeting was attended by the Buganda Minister for Tourism, Culture and Heritage, Hon. Anthony Wamala, and committee members in charge of overseeing the lake restoration efforts. Also present was Pastor Robert Kayanja of Miracle Center in Ndeeba.
